While allergic reactions are extremely rare and unexpected, Blakely’s Bubbles, cannot be responsible for allergies to products and resultant ailments, if any. We strongly suggest that you patch test any new product before using. If any redness occurs do not continue use.

How to Patch test:

Apply a small amount of new product to clean skin, inside the elbow or behind the ear. Cover and leave for 24 hours. Human skin changes daily. It can be affected by emotions, diet, hormones, medication, and the climate. Products you use one day may affect you differently another. Our formulas and ingredients do not change.

Any products being sold under Blakely’s Bubbles, name is not meant to treat, diagnose or cure any diseases or ailments. Use caution and common sense with any products on this site. Keep products out of the reach of children and pets. Blakely’s Bubbles is not responsible for any personal health, allergies, incidents, or mishaps from using our products. Use products only as directed. If any allergic reaction, rash or skin irritation occurs, discontinue use and seek medical attention as soon as possible. Do not ingest products as they are for external use only. Do not put products near eyes, nose or any other sensitive area. Please be advised some of our products do contain nut oils. Use caution in bathtubs/showers, as products may leave them slippery. Our products are not recommended for use on young babies due to the nature of their skin being sensitive. Please note: Even though we test our products extensively, the safety of our products has not been officially tested by the FDA. All our products are handcrafted; therefore, no two products will be the same. Please allow for slight variations in color and appearance. Product photos shown on website may vary slightly from products ordered/delivered. We recommend that you use our products while fresh and fragrant. Blakely’s Bubbles is not responsible for any personal health, allergies, incidents, or mishaps from using our products. By placing an order, you are certifying that you have read the ingredients and or have contacted us with any concerns or questions before ordering or using our products. Although we do our best, certain things are beyond our control once they leave our facility. Products are non-returnable, nonrefundable and non-exchangeable so please select carefully. Please make certain that your shipping address provided is correct when ordering products. Packages sent to wrong address and returned may be subject to additional shipping fees. Packages marked as “Delivered” by the USPS and claimed not to be received are not the responsibility of Bubble B’s and must be addressed with your local post office. All products customers agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Blakely’s Bubbles from any kind of liability, loss, claim and expense which include attorney fees related to your violation of this agreement. This disclaimer must be read before purchasing any of our products. Blakely’s Bubbles products are delicate by nature. Purchases are packed properly for transport; however, they can be damaged during shipping.
